Doctor Visit

I went to my check up this week. I've officially lost 90 pounds. That is unbelievable. He seemed pleased. That puts me 7 pounds to my goal weight of 145. I can do it!
I told him I was really concerned about stretching my pouch out. He said that he RARELY sees a true stretch. He said that typically when people start gaining weight it is because they have slacked on the rules. He said that if I follow these basic rules I shouldn't have a problem with weight gain (other than 10-15 pounds). He wants to see me in six months unless I am having problems before then. I was excited after our appointment.
Eat breakfast
Weigh daily
Protein first
Don't drink with my meals
Make healthy food choices

Well, I turned my packet into Rachelle at Tallgrass this morning. While I was in the office she got me set up for my consult. My appointment is March 26. That is quicker than I was expecting. She gave me a list of Psychologists they recommend. I called Leah Alexander. She was able to get me in tomorrow at 5pm. Wow! Rachelle also said that looking at my health history she didn't think Dr. Dunshee would need any additional tests. I have an appt. with my pcp next week. I am not sure if I'll tell him about this or not. I don't want to hear it if he is against surgery. I have done my research. I watched the Emmi video Rachelle emailed me. I feel very confident that I know what I am doing and committed to doing it. I forwarded the video to my mom and my sister. They are the ones who might be less supportive. I told them that I am going to have the surgery and I would really like their support. We'll see how they react. My bf watched it and was supportive. He was concerned about the risks they outlined, but I reminded him they are very rare and I'm not going to let those risks keep me from doing it. I will just have to be more diligent in my self-restraint to keep myself healthy and insure that we don't have complications. I'm a pretty healthy fat chick anyway!LOL
I'm excited but kinda scared!
