Well, today is my one year anniversary.  I started the WLS surgery at 360lbs I am now today at 1 year 200lbs.  It has been a long road.  I hate that we slow down the weightloss at a point, getting frustrated.  Maybe im eating the wrong foods.

Anyways, today is a good day.  I made it.  

To all the people on our world that we have lost because of WLS, we miss you and you wont be forgotten.  To all the people in the world that are still with us because of WLS, we made it and are better, healthier people!!!!

Well as you all know I had my surgery on March 27,2008 and it went just fine....I started at weight of 350 and now on Sept 28,2008 I weigh 250....WOW 100 lbs in 6 months....another 6 months and I will be at my goal of 140!!!  Anyways, hope everyone is doing well......I will update as I go..

Update on surgery is.......the surgery was not bad.  I was sore and really gasey for the first 3 days.  I just walked it out.  Nothing bad to say.  Still learing what can't to do.
