Oh wow its been 5 long years and alot has changed. I don't even know where to start. I want to thank God for this glorious and not so glorious journey, for all who gave and still give words of encouragment, for those who are deciding to take this same journey of life, for the Surgeons who help to give healthier lives to the ones that struggle with weight issues. I just want to thank you. I am emotional right now.  Pictures to come. Love you guys

I can't believe that its been almost 4 years. I am still holding on. If I had to do it all over again I wouldn't change a thing. Wishing everyone a merry Christmas and a great new year. 

I can't believe that in a few days it will be 3 years since I had my life handed back to me. I love my life. I am still a size 10. It has been a long journey with bumps and turns along the way, but I can honestly say if I had to do it all over again, I certainly would do it again.  Being healthy is such a good feeling.  I have lost some old friends, including a husband, but I have gained many friendships on this journey. I love all of you and wish you much continued success in the up coming year.  Friends for Life Tina

I am very excited about the weekend in Atl this October. This will be my very first function away from SC since my surgery. I have spoken to a few and hope to meet more of you. Feeling great I can't wait.

Well It has been awhile since my last post, but I'm back. I am doing great I miss chatting with everyone. I am down to a size ten. Can you believe that. I feel amazing and I have posted new pictures. I would like to hear from old friends. I love you guys.

I went to the doctor yesterday for my 1 year post op visit.(a little late) Dr Strickland said I was down 113 pounds. I have a little more to go. I can't wait.

I can't believe its been one year. Its been a long haul and I made it. Its been along time since my last post. I've lost 110 pounds and I feel great.  I  feel truly blessed and oh so thankful. To my OH family thank you for all the words of encouragement and well wishes. To the ones who have made it to the losers bench and the ones on the journey be proud of yourselves because this is not an easy task, it is a way of life. It is a great accomplishment. Stay blessed.
P.S. I will post my year photo's in a few days.

Well here it goes some have been asking for photos to monitor my progress, I really don't see it and I have lost a total of 46 pounds. So tell what you think. Thanks OH Family.

It is 2 weeks just about and I am doing great I am 25 pounds down. It is really hard to believe. I wish I would have had the courage to do this much sooner. I can't wait for what is to come. Will check in again soon. Until then.

I almost died when I got the call from my surgeon;s office, but it is only 4 days so instead of Dec 10th it will be Dec 14th. I can deal with that. If it was anything more than that. It is after 1 in the morning and I am still up I can't sleep. I'm having my filter placed this morning, I'm a little nervous, but I know that I'm in good hands. Just wanted to post this.
