"I met with Dr. kerlackian today. His staff seems very professional. I spoke with the pharmacist, a resident surgeon, then the Dr. himself. When I spoke with each of them, they took their time to explain, and never rushed. They told me of risks and complications that could occur and stressed this operation was a major surgery, and I needed to make a commitment for the rest of my life after the surgery.
Dr. Kerlackian gave me a chance to ask questions. i felt very comfortable with him.
I trust he will do a good job.,. I woudl rate him a 10 out of 10. He didnt make me wait an hour like most drs..lol and when he did do the consultation he was very honest and forthright which I find refreshing. I dont like schmoozie drs that remind you of car salesmen. Dr K seemed very genuine and professional that is a big plus. these are just my impressions, but you must make your own"
