"My nutritionist was an absolutely wonderful dietician and diabetes educator who was engaged, empathetic and a real source of valuable practical information. She knew the current research and she knew real life. On the personal side, she had a great laugh, plenty of perspective and looked like she might even have a drink on occasion. She even had very fun Nasco rubber food to show portions. Gotta love an educator with cool props!"
