"This was the cleanest hospital I've ever been in. They mopped the floors at LEAST 4 times a day. It smelled clean...not like the normal hospital smell you get to know in the US. I laugh at myself now for having fears of going to Mexico...honestly, this was the cleanest hospital I've ever been in.
The staff was very quick to administer pain and or nausea medication and there were always a couple of nurses working and only a few patients at a time to tend to so the individualized care was wonderful!"
"Dr. Rodriguez was wonderful. He was truly a very very kind, warm hearted man. I was so impressed with his bedside manner. He didn't have that God complex so many surgeons have. He was eager to answer any questions and was very kind and gentle. I was so impressed by Dr. Rodriguez.
I travelled to TJ for my sugary and was impressed by the staff and the hospital. It was incredibly clean...cleaner than any hospital I've ever been in in the US. I highly highly recommend going to INT and using Dr. Rodriguez.
When we went down, a wife of a patient hurt her back. They took amazing care of her and even came to her hotel room that night to check on her and give her pain medicine. I was truly shocked by the amount of care they give their patients.
I had my surgery June 22 and have had constant contact with the patient facilitators and don't feel alone at all. I was worried going so far away to have surgery would make it hard for me, but it hasn't at all! The team is truly a team designed to support it's patients."
