I did have a few complications but they were not with the gall bladder. I had blood clots in my belly and so I bled and bled during surgery. Afterwards I had to have three bags of someone's else's blood transfused into me. It makes me throw up in my mouth a little to think about it. I also went into full on diabetes with blood sugars in the 200's and had to be on insulin in the hosp. Because of the blood clots I guess I hurt worse than any pain I have ever had the first few days. The first night I wanted to just die. I felt like I had been gored in half and nothing touched it. They had an inability to find my veins and so I am not exaggerating when I tell you that I got poked 35 times. Finally, the surgeon came in and cut down for a vein deep in my foot with no f**king novocaine. I could not move my foot while he was doing it. I am doing strides better every day.

Tomorrow i hope to get this drain out of my side so that I can go home.
