Hello OH! Here goes... As a child, I was always a size or two bigger then most children. I was active and constantly on the go. In High School I was a size 10/12 and was happy. Around the age of 20-21, the weight gain started to be more noticeably to myself and others. Before I knew it, I was a size 20 at 170lbs. So at this point I started to were baggy shirts and no more bikinis.
At the age of 22 I became pregnant with my first child. During this pregnancy, I gained 100lbs with severe depression and then gave birth to a son with a severe heart defect. So I became a stay at home mom. With a doomed marriage and a sick baby, I ate and hid from the world. For the next 7 years my weight remained the same at 273. Then again at 30, I became pregnant again. This time only gaining 34lbs and putting my weight around 310.
SO now at the age of 35, I have not gained or lost much weight. Thru many failed attempts to lose weight I feel doomed. I am now in so much pain daily because of the weight on my knees, feet and back. I have been going back and forth about this decision for 4 years. At this point I know I can only go forward.
