Much love to ya! This is an opportunity of a life time,live it to the fullest extent! Pray, pray, pray. Stay focused on the reason why you risked your life for wellness. Don't take the tool for granted.....the first 6 months are unbelievably awesome (the weight will come off without any effort on your part). But, Work with it from the beginning and then when the tapering off period comes ( and it will come with a package of slow weight loss), you will be so far ahead of the game. I should be farther but I am telling you what I wish some one would have shared with me. I am not complaining.....82 pounds in 9 months is good but I want you to be more informed than I was so you can have optimal results. Work and enjoy your blessing! Catt
