"Dr. Francis has a wonderful, caring heart and a great bedside manner. It has not changed at all, she is wonderful! Her office staff are excellent! Nothing, Dr. Francis is awesome! They should know that she is an excellent, highly skilled physician in bariatric surgery. She emphasized very much how important aftercare is. In a one on one she went over every detail and risk, which really put me at ease and made me more comfortable about it. Both surgical competence and bedside manner are great!! "
