Almost  a year to date I begin this approval process with the insurance. As of today. I have submitted my documents to the surgeon's office and I am waiting for them to file with the insurance. This process has taken longer than what I expected....The office has relocated and join affliation with another group of doctors so the process of them retaining your medical information from their previous alliance with Hamilton Medical Group has been a strain so say the less.

I Fedex my document 9/28/07 and I have been waiting for them to submit to the insurance company. I have meet my out of pocket expense that is the one great thing.

I am now 33 yrs old and I am ready for the second half of my life to begin with a better start. I am wiser than what I was before and I am seeking new challenges and restoring some old goals. The weight has been a road block for me in so many ways that I am now ready for new me.
