"Dr. Chu is a very friendly person. She is a mom and a surgeon that really cares about her patients. I have no complaints about her other than her calendar seems really packed and she is often running behind. That is because she really spends time with her patients and answers all questions put to her. She told me that "I was not wasting one second of her time if I changed my mind and decided to not have the surgery." She even asked me the day OF the surgery if I still wanted to do it and wanted to give me an out if I wanted one. I highly recommend Dr. Chu, she is awesome! The preop nurses ROCKED, postop nurses were a little less highly rated but overall I cannot complain about the care I got. CindyLou"
