The journey begins.......

I had my surgery on Feb. 23, 2010
. I have already lost 10.8 lbs in the first 13 days
. Recovery is going very well. Some discomfort but everything is going well. Went back to work after 11 days, luckly I have a desk job 
& not on the forklift still otherwise I would still be off work
. It's going to be a long road but a smooth ride 
.
