Well, Today is February 5, 2010. This is the day of my all day evaluation. It began at 8am to get my blood drawn and a urinalysis. After that I headed to the fitness center. I was there from 8am until 2pm just filling out paperwork. Finally, I saw the Dietician who gave me a sample diet to follow until I get my surgery. I see her again in 1 month. I saw Dr.Myers too and he took down some information and answered all my questions. I had to rescheule my Physchologist apointment because the weather was getting bad so I see her February 19th.
I think I am going to choose the vertical sleeve gasterectomy surgery.
