Since the birth of my first son (Brandon) which I gained 60 pounds! I was chuncky. After my second son (Chris) I put on more weight. I went through a divorce and packed on more. Then was told about this miricle diet pills called Inomin and Pondmin. I dropped weigth like crazy was smaller then I have ever been! But you could only take this pills for no longer then 6 months which was fine. I lost the weight and was working out feeling wonderful! Mate my husband (Tom) got married and started having medical problems. Which ended in me having a complete Hystrestomy. The weight came on like you have never seen. I went from a size 8 - 10 depended on who made the cloths to a size 20. Having the surgery so young sent my hormons crazy, hot flashes, night sweats, moody like you have never seen. The witch would come out so fast over nothing, I would start crying for know reason at all. So I was on all kinds of Hormon pills and Anti-depressants, plus with the weight came astima more meds. So the weight went from 140 to 251. I went back to my dostor before I married and asked to be put back on the diet pills again. But this time didn't do anything for me. We moved overseas and tried working out dieting and even went to the clinic and my PCM put me on diet pills I gained weight on them. I went back my PCM referred me to tricare for the Gastric Bypass, went to the conasult had a appointment to have the surgery and Tricare pulled the plug on it!!!! Said they had new rules! This was 2005. So went to my PCM and she said this is what you have to do. Six months of diet and exercise documented at the health and wellness center and have a Mental health screening. So i was so pissed off I said for get it. So for a year and a half I felt soory for my self! Then got on with it my life, stopped taking the hormon pills and anti depressants and was working out thinking this was keeping me from loosing the weight. Was I wrong! i had my documention went to my PCM she approved the referral and went back to tricare they made the consult appointment for Gastric Bypass, went to Dr Wiener for the second time and he sat the date for my surgery Aug 3. He sent the paper work to tricare europe and they approved it in a matter of hours and both doctor and tricare called to tell me the good news. Now I am just counting down the days to have surgery.
