Finally have an appointment for my nutritional seminar 1/8/09- they told me that at that seminar they would then schedule my 1st appt with the nutritionalist and the psychologist. After that I wouldmhave one more followup with the nutritionalist. I will probably be instructed to lose 5% of my weight because I think thats what my insurance requires hopefully that will be easier with all the practice I have had in the past 20 years!!!! I am wish I knew the time line between these appts. I hope 2009 will be the start of the new me!!
