My bout with regret over this surgery has been almost unbearable. I have family members that have really help me through this tough time. I really did not consider how important and comforting food was to me until I could not have what I wanted. I could not eat so my thought was what do I do now? 
I am almost 2 1/2 weeks post op. It sure feels longer than that. I am feeling much better now. I will return to work and school on the 8th of Jan. I hope to loose 25 pounds by then.

It has been a while since I last wrote. I definitely getting the post-op blues. I read all of the inspiring post and feel somewhat better. I also feel as though I should have tried to lose the weight on my own once again. I hope I feel better soon. 

I think about after the surgery it seems every minute of the day. I have my food, water and vitamins ready. I can not wait to be back home when all is said and done.
