Hi Candy--I hope your surgery went well. I had surgery in September and am doing well, although I'm on a plateau having lost 45 pounds. I got away from the diet and I don't like to exercise. I recommend that you stick to the diet recommendations and slowly increase your activity level. You will do well if you do. God bless you. Priscilla White Erie, PA

Candy, I had my surgery with Dr. Simon last June 11th -- just a little over seven months ago. It was the best this I ever did for myself. So far I have lost 117 pounds with about 60 more to go so I am well on my way. Dr. Simon is such a wonderful person -- to me he saved my life!!!
