In Sept. 2006 I had roux-en-y gastric bypass & repair of pasaecophageal hernia surgery by Dr.Kuldeep Singh @ St Agnes Hosp. in Baltimore Maryland before surgery was done I was 287 lbs 67 inches tall BMI was 45. Very unhappy with myself, The surgery went very well and I was in the Hosp. for 2-days within 2 weeks I was down 24 lbs

Went on my 2 yr. check up, everything is well, I'm 13 pounds away from my goal.

Getting myself togother I've started walking again feeling great, also starting tracking my food intake to see were I'm having my issues it. I'm at a size 12-14 in pants, lg-x-lg in shirts. My goal is to lose 13-15 pounds by 9/20/08.

I'm not having a very good month of May so far I'm bouncing around all over the place. I'm @ 186 lbs. But after I go on my trip, I will get back on track.

I have reached 182.4 lbs. I went from size 22 to a 12 or 14 (depending on the cut. My BMI is 28.5. I've loss 75% of excess body weight feeling & looking great.
