hi every one well i tried to type in my story but can not seem to get it to work , anyway i have not been on the board very long and i am having a really hard time with things. i thought i was doing good until i started to read the board and seen that a lot of poeple have lost 3 times that amount in the same time. well let me start from the begining
befor lap band surgery i was 210 -5'2 had surgery on 8-10-2005
as for today 168
i know it is almost 2 yeard and i have only lost 40 . some one on another board basicly said that was really bad. it mad me really feel bad. so now i am so depressed i dont know what to do.also how do you change your user name . when i set it i was having a really bad day and now i see it and i see how negative it is .
