hey 5 monthers whats your menu look like??? - I dont think Im getting enough in??? im to have 40-60 grams of protien through out the day docs orders asked me to start this today as I wasnt getting in the whole 80-100 before....

eating and drinking to soon - i stupidly ate some ground beef before I remembered I had something to drink just before I ate, so yes i had both at the same time... other than feeling super full did I stretched...
