beginning of my weightloss journey!

last week i attended a seminar of Dr. Stephan Myers and decided i was having the RNY. although i'm still as nervous as i am excited i hope to have the courage to go through with the surgery -- although alot of times my anxiety outweighs my excitedness. i figure i'm 21 years old, i have my whole life ahead of me -- IF i go through with it - if not, who knows how long i'll be around?
Anyways i went to my regular family doctor today to find out i went from 322.3lbs to 311 even, so that's pretty exciting. she also advised me that my sugar is perfect - so the scare of hypoglycemia is finally GONE! :) my blood pressure was a little elavated 122/90, and my cholesterol is still high.
the journey has begun!!!!!!!
