Ok so my official six month check up was yesterday morning, and it had been 6 months to the day since I had my surgery and I weighed in at 167.0 lbs!!!!!!!  So my doctor said that was a total loss of 93 lbs. since my first consultation with them when I weighed 260.  How awesome is that?!?!  They say I am good to go and dont need to lose anymore weight but to keep trying if I want to.  So I am trucking ahead and hope to lose around 30 more lbs.  Wish me luck!

Ok so today is my official 5 month anniversary and since the day of surgery I have lost exactly 77 lbs!!!!!!!!!!!  And  I beat my doctors initial goal of getting down to 176!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well that is a total loss of 64 lbs. since the day of surgery, and I am only 11.6 lbs. away from my doctors goal, but I am going to surpass that!

Yeah, I kind of forgot to update this on that day, but that was pretty good for 3 months out!

That is 40.8 lbs. gone in only 8 weeks.

That is a total loss of 37.8 lbs in 7 short weeks!

  So I have lost almost 30 lbs in 6 short weeks and I am so excited.  However, I do believe I am in my window of misery because I just can't eat a thing and if I do try to eat it wont go down, it just gets stuck and then I will end up throwing up.  This isnt so fun but at least I am losing and dont really feel hungry.  But I am getting a little worried because I am getting light headed and feel like I am about to black out, so then I force myself to eat but I just cant get enough in me.  But I go tomorrow (wed. June 27) for my 2nd check up since surgery and I will have to see what the Doctor says, hopefully he can give me a little insight.

Ok So I had Surgery May 14, 2007 and weighed in at 251.6 the morning of surgery.  This morning is June 14, 2007 and exactly 1 month pos-op I weighed 231.8 this morning.  I didnt make my goal of 20 lbs for the first month but I almost made it, I have lost a total of 19.8 lbs the first month.  Cant wait to see what the next month has in store for me.
