Well its been over 4 years since I had surgery I never made goal and still compare myself to others.  In the last 4 months I have gained 25lbs.  I am feeling discouraged, dr said my pouch enlarged I am back on protein drinks, fluids, vitamins and I know have to add exercise in.    I am more upset internally with me than anything.   I never want to go back to the old me.

Well, my surgery was 14 months ago and I still have 22 pds to go.   Its been a very slow process for me.   I have only lost 10 pds in the last 7 months and it frustrates me.  I was tired of hearing I am a lite weight... THEN i realize how good I feel and that my diabeties, high blood pressure and high cloresterol is gone.  I can run and play around with my son and do so many things that I couldnt do before.   I wish though when I look in the mirror I can see the difference that everyone else sees. 

I am wanting plastic surgery now and of course I cant afford it.   I am not harping on the negative I am so thankful for today and GOD.

Well, I decided to write about my journey with Gastric Bypass.  It took me 6 years to come to this conclusion and finally had the surgery on 12/4/09.  Its been not a smooth ride.  I have been hospitalized for pancreatitis and had numerous IV's for dehyrdration.  I had a EGD on 1/8/10 and they took out two staples, did a biopsy and stated I had an ulcer.  I so wanted to succeed at this.
