Well, I have been approved for the surgery and now it just the waiting for the big day. My date is set for Sept. 9th, 2005. I was afraid to tell my mother even though my Dr. that treats my PCOD said this is medically ness. to have this surgery to help treat my PCOD. After I told my mother her first response was "I thought your doctors would want you to have that surgery". She is a RN and in ICU and has seen what problems accure with PCOD and having babies. So, she surprised me when she was so supportive because I thought she would try to talk me out of it since it is involving surgery on her little girl. Instead she is taking off work for a week or two to be with me she is not sure how long she will take off yet but I am so happy she is going to be here for me.
