"He is the absolute best! I wish I could bottle him up and keep him! My impression never changed about him, my fondness just grew. I was very nervous about this sort of thing and I've never been made to feel so comfortable. Dr. Randall's staff is wonderful. They get his messages to him quickly, they understand what we go through pre and post-op, and they have a great sense of humor! The thing I like best about Dr. Randall is that even though he may have a million patients, he takes care of you almost as though you're the only one. He is the best person to leave your life in his hands. Dr Randall says about after care that he'll get you through surgery, but it's up to you to do the rest. His support groups are awesome and I wait the days every month to go to them and see everyone. There isn't a number high enough to rate Dr. Randall. To me , both surgical care and bedside manner are both important."
