I went for my followup visit after the surgery and I lost 21.50 pounds in three weeks.  I  was very surprised.  I plan to lost 16 pounds before my next visit which will be February 25th.  I do not regret having this surgery.  I am so proud of myself.
  

I MADE IT THROUGH MY SURGERY WITH NO MAJOR COMPLICATIONS.  THE ONLY PROBLEM THAT I EXPERIENCED WAS GAS PAINS.  THEY WERE UNBEARABLE.  I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH PAIN IN MY LIFE.  I FOLLOWED MY DIET AS INSTRUCTED.  I HAVE LOST A TOTAL OF 17 POUNDS SINCE LAST FRIDAY, JANUARY 8, 2010.  THIS SURGERY IS A LIFE CHANGING EXPERIENCE.  I HAVE A NEW ATTITUDE, I AM MORE CAUTIOUS ABOUT MY HEALTH.  I FEEL BETTER ALREADY.  I HAVE MORE ENERGY BUT UNABLE TO DO ANY EXERCISE RIGHT NOW.  I THANK GOD FOR MY HEALTH AND STRENGTH. 

Thank God.  I have my  surgery approved.  I was planning on having it earlier  but there was a change in plans.  I  am having my  surgery January 8, 2010.  I am praying that everything goes well. I have been through a lot of changes the past few months.  Please keep me in your prayers.

I went to my nutrionist and physical therapy class on yesterday, May 26, 2009.  I am very excited about the surgery.  I have one more appt on June 9, 2009.  I must admit I do have butterflies as the time progresses.  I am going to continue to be prayerful about this situation because God knows best.
