I am down to 163.68 so close to goal weight of 140. I started the gym 3 weeks ago, which when I started they took my measurements. Last week which was 3 weeks ago, I had them measured again. I lost 3% body fat and gained 3 lbs of muscle, I am so stoked. I try to get to the gym 3-5 times a week. I do my cardio in intervals and then I do weight training. I started running/ jogging on the treadmill which I haven't been able to do for years, However, I have Plantar Faciitis and Heel Spurs, they hurt like hell the next day. But so far I am overall happy with the weight lose, and the surgery. I am wearing a 36 pant size, in mens, I guess a 16/14 in womens, I only need to lose 23 more lbs, when I reach this goal I may want to switch up to a goal of 130, but we will see, I don't want to look malnurited.....lol...I want to look and feel healthy.
