"First of all they let my roommates husband stay in the room over night so very little privacy. The nurse brought me a sprite with a straw when I asked for a juice. I had to ask to have my IV removed several times and didn't get it removed until the volunteer was waiting to take my down to go home. Couldn't get my bed to go down and had to call for help twice over more than an hours time. Not very impressed."

"I like my doctor, he has a great bedside manner and seems genuinely sincere. He likes to pat you on the shoulder or a reassuring pat on the knee, even with my mom after my surgery. I would have like for him to talk to me a little more after my surgery when he talked to me about going home the day after surgery. He probably will at my first post-op visit though. He said and did everything he was supposed to do as far as I am concerned. The only complaints I have would be towards the hospital not the doctor."
