"I didn't actually meet Dr. Hobson prior to surgery. Dr.Duncan is the face of the group, and he has a team of surgeons that work with him. I believe there are two others beside Dr. Duncan. I will say if you are looking to get to really know your surgeon, this group is not for you. But, Dr. Duncan's group has been doing this surgery for years and has pioneered several techniques. I highly recommend them. I did see Dr. Duncan, Dr. Hobson and Dr. Speights after my surgery in the hospital. I don't think this happens for everyone. You are mainly visited by PAs, Interns, and their Bariatric Physician. But, you do get visited often. The team is going to make sure you are doing well.
They really explain complications with you prior to surgery and stress the importance of aftercare.
Regarding the office staff, Yakima, Jackie, Shona, Don, Gayle...everyone is very, very nice. I was very pleased with the level of professionalism and customer service they provided."
