"My first impression of The Doctor were complete comfort!!! He is great, absolutely great. His office staff is the best. I had been through the ringer,I had done the whole program in Syracuse and had my surgery scheduled when I recieved a phone call telling me university would not be participating with my insurance any longer and If I had surgery I would have to pay!! Well long story short after freaking out I called auburn, spoke to Jean who told me what I needed to do. Went to the info meeting met the doc and Christie, quickly got my appt. scheduled. Got my testing scheduled and they got me in for surgery the day BEFORE I was originally scheduled. Dr. Weiss called me personally the day after my endoscopy and the day after I got home from surgery. I have felt really cared for there, everyone from the office visited the hospital, I cannot imagine how great they are when you have done the whole program with them. I have felt amazing since my sugery and walked a mile 5 days out. No dumping, no yuckies, I feel so great!!! Hats off to doc Wiess and his staff!! Thank you so much!!"
