The final word.

Jun 04, 2013

I had been working for all of this time to have a revision to a DS to help try to lose those last 500 pounds that would make me healthy. I did the test and jumped the hoops and did all that was requested of me. I had a surgery date in December from the insurance company. It fell through because the I had not seen the doc before the day. I saw the doctor and he told me I could not have the DS because my anatomy was backwards inside and that the bypass that was done was the only option, I should try to work with it. Maybe, a band could be done.

More time went by and I was told I was approved for an April date. When I woke I was told the trouble with my insides made it impossible for the band to applied. Soooooooo......

A new beginning?

Aug 10, 2010

8/10/10   It has been a while since I felt like I had the right to post here.    I am looking into having a revison and a brain removel. I have still got the same fight with my body. I now have a new GP who seems determined to make me kill one of us with her helpful comments about my weight.  First meeting was "you had the gastric bypass' while looking me up and down. The next thing was comparing me to my 77 year old father while telling me how she lost 20 pounds because she started this job and could not eat. Was that supposed to help me?  She also gave me the "all you have to do is..." speach.

I fell in March and furhter injured my knee. I had been walking and doing it regularly and finally seeing results. After the fall the pain kept me from walking. The weight I lost during the good walking time she called a "fluke".  I am going to sit on her and end her once and for all.
