Hi Sonia, this very new to me. I wish you success and good luck. I had lap-banding in Dec 2008 I lost 60 pounds. I don't find it easy. The reason I chose you because we share the same name. I had alittle set back in May 2009 I was told I had Breast Cancer and had double Mastectomy. I am fine. Good Luck Sonia
