I hope your recent surgery went smoothly. These next few weeks are the hardest, but hang in there, it will all pay off! Sending lots of skinny thoughts your way!

Wishing another Floridian good thoughts and success for your surgery on Monday. I can't imagine quitting smoking along with food and drink so I applaud all your efforts! Can't imagine all the mood and chemical changes going on with you right now! Sounds like you are not feeling much support from friends, though remember -- they really have no idea what you are going through. Wait until your weight is coming off and then let's see who is the life of the party! My surgery is scheduled for 1/24, so just started my pre-op diet and its tough since the only restrictions are self-inflicted. I think it will be easier when we have the surgical restrictions to assist us in not feeling so food deprived. I'm here for you. Wishing you a wonderful journey to your new life! dj
