Looking for Dr. in Birmingham Al that does revision surgery

Had vertical silastic ring gastroplasty in 1996 the last couple of years I've had nothing but trouble due to the silastic ring narrowing or slipping. Looking for a dr in Birmingham Al who will revise this surgery to gastric sleeve. Anyone that can help me please give me your feedback
