"Dr. Bruce and Dr Cleary was very friendly , they answered any question and was very informative about the surgery . His office staff has been great too . I can call at any time and ask a question and they are willing to answer now matter hohw silly the question is .I got alittle inpatient waiting for my insurance info to be sent but that understandable in this case but the girls in the office were always friendly and willing to help , Thanks Patty and Valerie . I had to go back in for a 2nd surgery and it was preformed by Dr cleary , she is a very nice lady . She is very caring and helpful . "

"I had a bad time staying over night . The nurses were rude . I had visitor call in to get my room and they told them i wasnt there . I was given food as a gastri bypsss patient i could not eat . there idea of a soft diet was a sloppy joe and french frys . I was never happier to leave ... "

Kettering Memorial Hospital
"I've never been in this hopsital before . The nurses we great over the weekend . There was one lady that worked Sat and Sun she was the best . They stay over the weekend was good till Monday morning . They had problems with me IV over the weekend so when I would bend my arm it would set the alarm . So I had to call the nurses to reset it alot . Monday they were to busy to help . My Rn was so rude . I saw her hardley at all that day . Id have to walk to the nurses station if I needed anything . If I paged them it took a good 10 min . I was released that day . The nurse said they didnt have a wheelchair on her floor big enough for me so I had to walk to the front myself . I thought that was pretty poor . Even though that monday was terriable . The people from the weekend made my stay so nice and I thank them for that ..... "
