"Dr. Steven Fendley is one of the most cordiall doctors I have ever met. My impression was that he was very knoweledgeable about the surgery and was most eager in helping in anyway. His staff were even more amazing. Escpecially his nurse Chalice she had always returned my phone calls very promptly and she is still continuing to try and get me approved. Dr. Fendley is extremely emphatic that after care is an utmost importance. Dr. Fendley never once downplayed the surgery risks but reminded me that all surgery is dangerous. I rate him and his staff an overall (A) for their efforts. I think surgical competence and beside manner are both necessary however you dont often find that anymore. Let me add that Dr. Fendley's nurse has been replaced by Aimee and I really like her disposition. "
