10 years post-op = quality not quantity

Aug 22, 2010

It's been almost 10 years since my surgery. Over the last five years, I gradually started putting the weight back on. I had lost 150 pounds and gained back 70. I can eat a regular sized meal but not seconds. Four months ago, I joined weight watchers and have lost 20 pounds so far. It's great to start feeling betting again.

My advice to you "newbies" - the first year is magic and you will loose weight like crazy. After that, you need to ensure that you are eating right and exercising for the rest of your life. This is not brain surgery.
