I know what I am doing I know why I'm doing what I'm doing but I haven't stopped myself... My question is has anyone if you backslidden and was you able to get back on track or did anyone go back to the basics

4 years since surgery NEVER sick til now?? -
I had the gastric bypass 4 yrs ago.. I could always pretty. Much eat whatever I wanted.. Which has good and bad points to it .. Never really dumped or had food...
