I am a little confused about this new program. I told my story in my old profile!

Typical yo yo dieting for almost 10 years, each time the weight gain was 10 lbs more.

Basically, 5 months post op, still losing, about 62 lbs so far.  I know it's a bit slower than most, but I try to remind myself it's not a contest, a lifestyle.

I've encountered some hard times in the last few months.  My employer decided that they don't need Nurse Midwives any longer so I had one month to find a job.  I had a few interviews and chose Tampa.

Right now I am not sure if that was the best decision.  I chose a practice that you have to be self employed, no benefits, except more money down the road.  I applied for individual health insurance, and I was denied because of this surgery.  I am so uspet.  Not to mention my damn car insurance doubled from moving from Winter Haven to Tampa.  I keep telling myself this will get better.

I have not excercised as often as I did the last 4 years.  I know I need to make it my priority again and use it to help cope with stress in life.  I used to love exercising, and even had a personal trainer in Winter Haven.  I loved Gold's Gym in Winter Haven.  I am not real crazy about the gym I joined here.  The cardio is good but the equipment looks like it is from the 70's.  I can't let that be my excuse for not going!
