  Today is day 6 and things are going as well as they can I suppose .The feeling I hate the most is when you have anything to eat or drink its like a trap door closes and the top of your throat is clogged..so uncomfortable. anyone else have this feeling or is something wrong??

   Today was a little harder for me .I was very tired and having to go to the washroom constantly (probably all the liquids).It is really hard to have cooking going on in the house and the smells are making me crazy.Well tomorrow is a new day and I will persevere
