Maintaining - need to get back to basics

My body seems to like the low 160s and I find it hard to get my weight down and stay there. I have lost down into the 150s but it bounces back. I have experienced some problems with eating and drinking the wrong things and I disappoint myself knowing that I am a stronger person than I am allowing myself to be. Although I have not allowed myself to gain any more than I have I need to refocus. I have the tools and know exactly what I need to do. Lesson learned.......go to your support group. You can talk about things that you might not otherwise talk about to your family or spouse. Go to your support group! That being said, I am committing myself to locate and attend regularly again so I can get back on track. Eight years since my surgery! I would never regret having that surgery and Dr Olsen! I shiver to think about what my life would have been like if I had not taken the road to surgery. Thank you everyone!![]()
