Briefly about myself, I had RNY surgery in 2001. I started at 300lb, lost 150lbs, and gained back 50lbs and have been living the past 10 years between 205-220lbs. I can not seem to get below 205lbs. I work out 4-5 times a week 1 hour a day. I do cardio, strength training and kickboxing. I need to get this figured out with better structure in my diet plan. I feel like my body just will never be below 200lbs ever again. I would like to get to 180lbs, becuase when I was at 150lbs I just looked too thin. I am back here for ideas and support to hopefully someday get back below the 200lb mark.
