USC University Hospital

"The cleanliness was great. The staff in ICU was excellent. I was in ICU for 3 and 1/2 days. When I was transferred to the regular floor I had a private room. I got confused especially at night. People would come in and wouldn't tell me who they were or what they were doing. I don't think they checked on me enough. They did do a great job at monitoring my pain though. They left me in a Geri chair for 2 days. Wouldn't help me get back into bed. That made me really upset. I told my surgeon about it and he fixed it right away. "

Peter Crookes

"My first impression of Dr. Crookes was that he was caring and very capable. He has a good sense of humor. He seems preoccupied and rushed when I have called him twice with problems. The office staff is great. they are very effecient. I have no real complaints about him or his office. Know that he is there when it counts and he tells you up front what to expect. He insists on aftercare. The after care program is very structured. He was completely honest with me about the risks of surgery and was very cautious. He is a 20 on a scale of 1-10. He is great all the way around. i love his Irish accent."

Charles Anderson

"Great staff at the center during the night of study. Frank was very nice and had a good sense of humour. He and the receptionist Cathy were great"

Evan Katten
