I'm down to 256lbs i have lost a totol of 111lbs. I have lots of energy and feeling great.

I'm so happy. I'm 23 wks out. I'm down to 272, i've lost 95lbs. I feel great look great and having lots of fun. Still no complications...GOD IS GREAT
. I've gotten real flabby so working out 
is a major priority rite now. Once again.
3 months out
I'm 15 wks and a day out today. I've lost 72lbs. I feel great
. I'm still walking, exercising, and drinking plenty of water. My nutrition told me to try to stop drinking the protein shakes, and get the protein in with my meals. That I've been doing. I'm wearing a size 20/22 now leaning more towards size 20. It feels weird cloths that were to small now are to BIG. I'm trying not to shop for cloths but i have nothing to wear. I can get by going to work because i wear scrubs (i went from a 4x in those to a 2x). I love to shop but, i told myself I'll jus shop for an event until i reach my goal weight.

I'm 9wks & 3days out. So far so good. I'm down to 315 so i've lost about 52lbs so far. I have more energy now and my cloths are GETTING REALLY BIG. I'm very lucky to have some cloths from a couple years ago when i was smaller im able to get in those now. I'm still working on getting enough protein in daily and taken my vitamins. I'm open for any suggestions on that. I'm not a big fan of the protein shakes. I found a protein shake thats already mixed called muscle milk lactose free that one taste okay so thats one that i'm drinking now until that taste gets old. Well i'm going to rap this up i'll post again next month unless something really GOOD 
happens.

. The day of surgery I weighted in 367 and weighted in 331 as of yesterday. My surgery went well. I went in the hospital on Monday and went home Wednesday. I've already been to my 1st follow-up appointment and the doc said i'm doing fine. I'm going to post sum 1 month photo's this weekend...
