Does anyone else have trouble sustaining ANY kind of food plan? I can only seem to keep it together for a few days before I go off the rails again? I’ve been hungry and eating too much ALL day!

Trying to keep the carbs low, the protein high. Not perfect but at least I’m trying.
Any great tips? I’m not consistent with the food scale.🙄

was not an excuse to overeat yesterday. Hurray! Even though we had company for over 12 hours yesterday, the stress did not get to me. I was able to take appropriate portions and not make myself sick. I also continue to have a string of a week of not ea

i have had a string of days without mindless eating of carbs in the evening, but tonight I have been fighting with myself over it. Took myself to the couch, away from the food, with my Crystal Light and am posting as a reminder that (for me)the kitchen

Hello Lightweights! Just checking in that I have survived three days of "kitchen closed" after dinner. My only exceptions are a protein drink(not a protein bar), water, coffee or tea.

Don't give up, ever. The surgery results are a tool but they can not fix your head. I had a break through day yesterday. This morning my outlook is so positive. Keep at it friends and never give up. My answer may just be the "kitchen c

I am going to stick to my three meals and two small snacks today. No snacking on those awful carbs that somehow lead me to a downward spiral. Are you out there struggling and not posting? Comment on my post and let me know that I am not alone.

is there anyone out there in WLS land (2+ years) who is having difficulty? I seem to be in a pattern of several healthy protein, exercise, and low carb days and then I have an absolutely downright horrible day which leaves me feeling terribly unhappy,

So..............the struggle continues. After really great food planning and eating right, I tend to go overboard after the dinner hour. Do any of you NOT eat anything after the dinner meal? I am wondering if I should not plan for a "snack" after dinn

Today I challenge myself to stay on my plan. No extra carbs, food excess, or giving up after a slip(if there should be one). Will you check in with me during the day by responding to this post? I know that my friends on this forum will support me! Than

While I have not fallen into an easy groove yet, I am able to say I never give up. Many days are tough, some days are a food disaster, but I refuse to give in. Never will I surender and go back to what I was before surgery. A few pounds is nothing. 70

Pre-planned meals and mindful eating worked on day 1. Everything weighed and packaged up in advance.
Day 2 is going well and I know it is one day at a time. I have admitted to my husband that my "upset stomach" on Sunday more was from
