Today - 200 lbs
Total lost - 74 lbs
Today was my 6th post op visit & I'm at exactly 200 lbs!!!! That's a total loss of 74 lbs - woo hoo! Both Rachel & Dr. Johnson say I'm on track, but I could do better if I exercise. Ugh! But I have to if I don't want to plateau early & if I want to maximize my weight loss.
I can't wait for that 1 lb to fall off so I can be in the 100 club! And I'm just about in a size 16 - I have 2 pair of jeans I bought off the rack from Old Navy - another wow moment!!!

Today was my 3 month post-op visit to the nutritionist.
Weight - 223
Total lbs lost - 51
Not only have I lost over 50 lbs, I've also gotten down under 225 .. funny how numbers mean so much! I'm feeling great - I even walked for 30 mins yesterday & today (I hate exercising!). I do need to consume more calories - at least 1000! That is scary to me although I now understand it fuels my metabolism, helps me lose fat muscle mass instead of lean muscle mass and helps with any plateaus. I just need to reprogram my brain to comprehend calories aren't bad - or carbs for that matter. Ugh! But no matter what, I'm elated and still can't believe this is really happening!!!!
