Since retiring from the military (and even before), I let myself go. Most of it was because I just lacked the self discipline, and the general structure the military provided. I was used to having to take care of myself, and when it quit becoming mandatory, I went downhill. I have found new motivation in my wife and hopefully I can get back to where I need to be with her help, and we can live long, productive, healthy lives
