November 2006: I am happy that I have the LapBand. Its been good to me! Del Sol Bariatric Center in El Paso, TX has met my needs by improving my health and weight loss. Wow!
March 2007: Second surgery to replace my port and cut my cathether where my leak is.
June 2007: Found out I have a leak again, will have to decide if I want to replace my LapBand or go for the RNY...
End of August 2007: Decided to get LapBand out, and go with RNY!
September 2007: Got approved for the RNY, will schedule for surgery in November 2007.
November 19, 2007: Pre-Op Appt. I didn't pass medical clearance as my doctor informs me to lose minimum of 10 pounds to 15 pounds or more by new pre-op appt. on December 14. Surgery rescheduled for 12/17!
