I am 49 years old. I have fought with my weight since I was 16. The Doctors found I had thyriod problems. My kids are a son all most 28 with a 6 year old daughter. My daughter is 26 with two boys 5 and 8. The grand kids are why I decided I wanted to make a change. There happy with what ever size I am. But I can't do the things with them that I want to do. When I take them swimming I am always afraid if they fall in .I can't get there fast enough to save them. They are pretty good swimmers. But the older you get the more you worry. So Now I am on my way
